Working with Livelink ECM since January 1996 - before even the release of the first "true" Livelink (version 7) - I have been working intimately with the product as it grows and matures.  For over a decade I have provided architectural designs for customers looking to have the *right* infrastructure for their needs, performed performance reviews for customers who want to get more out of their existing systems, as well as the gamut of traditional consulting engagements: installations, upgrades, knowledge consulting, etc.

In addition to these activities, I've been responsible for creation, maintenance and delivery in varying degrees across several of the popular Open Text workshops such as the Livelink Architecture Workshop, Livelink Performance Analyzer Workshop and Livelink Performance Workshop.

Livelink experience spans the full range of implementations from single instance through to highly-available global instances throught federation of multiple major instances strategically globally located, and dealing with all levels of business from C-level business justifications through to deep technical implementations.
