JP has implemented enterprise software applications since 1989 and has exclusively implemented Enterprise Content Management solutions since 2000. An expert in Open Text technology solutions where he was a consulting manager and practice leader from 2000 to 2009, JP specializes in business process analysis and technical design and has a broad range of industry experience, including: Life Sciences, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy, and Government.

While at Open Text, JP was the North American leader for the company’s Content Management Strategy group and helped customers to identify improvements, prioritize initiatives, and define plans for putting in place ECM technologies. Some of JP’s recent projects include design of an Investigative Case Management solution for a major metropolitan law enforcement organization, a Records Management strategy definition for a NYC municipal department, and the design of a Livelink to SAP integration using Document Pipeline for an international pharmaceutical company.

Currently, JP is finishing work as the lead analyst for the Phase 1 implementation of a document control system for a $24 billion airport improvement project in the Middle East.
