Hello,Currently my workflow works fine with office 2003 document type.When i try to initiate the same workflow with 2007 ( docx ) my workflow is stuck (attempt value in convertqueue table being highest 32 ) at eSign robot step.I have configured eSign Robot ( ?func=fdaadmin.setdirectories) to work with docx mime type.Please let me know what i could do to debug the error, my environment is LL 9.7.1, Adlib exp Server 3.0.0.Also please let me know what configuration changes i need to take into account to upgrade from Office 2003-2007 for my application to work perfectly with MSO 2007, Filter Pack been used is 1.0.6, LL 9.7.1.
When you setup a new project in Livelink 9.7.1, default permissions are granted to Guest and Member roles, and every participant will have read-only access to all items inside the project.
The only way to overwrite this is to edit permissions item by item, which is time consuming. Do you know if there is an easy way of removing/disabling Guests and Members permissions for the whole project ?

I can't speak for others but I am a little confused. It is difficult for me to see the business case for having a Guest role populated with participants who can't see any of the content. Perhaps it would help if you described the problem you'd like to solve rather than jump to the solution. It may well be there is a better approach then what you are attempting.
In any case, I think there are two avenues for you to explore:
- Project Templates -- these can be used to create a project differently from the default ... if you are talking about ACLs around tasks and other project-specific content then I think this might help you
- Folders within projects -- these can be used to override the default permissions of an existing project, the ACLs of objects within a folder within a project are treated differently than other project content. If there is specific but unknown content within a project you want to protect, this might be a better route.
