This service offers a review of a proposed solution manifest of a Liveink Enterprise Server-based application or solution quote from Open Text or a licensed reseller of Open Text. I will spend up to 3 hours reviewing the quote, talking with key personal within your organization and (if required or requested) with your sales associate and write a brief report card of the invoice which will include one of the following grades:

GRADE A: Perfectly meets requirements with virtually no extra functionality or cost

GRADE B: Meets all requirements but includes functionality that is orthogonal to the solution and the cost of the extra functionality is worthy of note

GRADE C: Meets all requirements but includes significant and/or excessively costly functionality orthogonal to the solution

GRADE D: Does not meet all stated requirements and may come with functionality that is orthogonal to the solution; or meets all requirements but includes functionality that serves to increase overall cost and/or complexity

GRADE F: Does not meet a significant proportion of the stated requirements or the classic bait-and-switch
